Description Benjamin McCann 2008-03-15 16:51:23 UTC
The Flash player for Hulu.com works in Konqueror but not in Firefox.
A Hulu account is required to verify this bug. The account is free, but there is a waiting list. However, if the testers do not have an account, I am happy to provide debug info.

Please provide the exact versions of Firefox:
rpm -q MozillaFirefox --qf '%{name}-%{version}-%{release} %{distribution}\n'

And the version of nspluginwrapper:
rpm -q nspluginwrapper

Is the flash player working on other sites?
Comment 2 Benjamin McCann 2008-03-22 15:14:38 UTC
2.0.0.12-0.1 openSUSE 10.3 (X86-64)
nspluginwrapper-0.9.91.4-58

The Flash player is working on other sites.
Comment 3 Wolfgang Rosenauer 2008-03-23 18:02:22 UTC
Ok, sorry I forgot to ask for the flash-player version.

nspluginwrapper 0.9.91.4 is known not to work with every flash out there.
Comment 4 Benjamin McCann 2008-03-24 12:56:20 UTC
The flash-player version is 9.0.115.0-0.1
Comment 5 Wolfgang Rosenauer 2008-03-24 13:13:51 UTC
OK, that's most probably the issue. Flash 9.0.115 doesn't work well with nspluginwrapper 0.9.91.4.
You probably should try nspluginwrapper 0.9.91.5 which is available in the buildservice repository "mozilla".
Please note that acroread won't accept keyboard input anymore if run within the browser as plugin :-( That's the reason nspluginwrapper hasn't been upgraded officially yet.
