The RichText formatting doesn't appear to be applied unless ChangeWidget(`id,`value,newstring) called with an uncached newstring.

This is extremely odd. See attached testcase. Only the bottom richtext has a white background.

In latest yast2-qt from svn this bug doesn't exist anymore. Tested with version 2.16.33.
