In the proposal the category headlines are blue. 
This is the only case in the whole installation workflow. For consistency reasons I suggest to change the color of the categories in the proposal to black.
The fact that the headlines are underlined should be enough cue for the user that they are links.

Actually I disagree making it black would be obvious. It's not very common to have hyperlinks in a confguration form like this, so we should use every aid possible to make it clear thses are clickable. The blue is obviously totally out of place.
