1) Open the Yast Control Centre
2) Click on 'Online Update'. If prompted to quit because there are no update repos online, just hit no
3) Click on the Repositories tab and choose Repository Manager.
4) It crashes.

Repository Manager will not be present in the 'Online Update' dialog, so it should not break next time.

Does it happen when you run "Software Management" also?

So this will not be an issue
