The command completion in the run dialog works nicely, but when I use it to run konversation, the application runs but a pop-up appears "KDEInit could not run /opt/kde3/bin/konversation".

That does not happen when I type konso to run konsole.

Then I try the same with kri for krita, another KDE3 application.

In one case, krita comes up but the run dialog stays there. The KDEInit error comes up when I close krita.

In another case, when I switch focus to the leftover run dialog after krita has come up, I get a pop-up "Cannot contact KLauncher over DBUS, error when calling start_service_by_desktop_path: empty".

kiv for kivio "works" like krita.

kaff for kaffeine works fine.
Everything works fine when I type the full command name.
