Then I try the same with kri for krita, another KDE3 application. In one case, krita comes up but the run dialog stays there. The KDEInit error comes up when I close krita. In another case, when I switch focus to the leftover run dialog after krita has come up, I get a pop-up "Cannot contact KLauncher over DBUS, error when calling start_service_by_desktop_path: empty". kiv for kivio "works" like krita. kaff for kaffeine works fine. Everything works fine when I type the full command name. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 381851 *** |
