Still true in 11.1 final, only 9 month passed... did you file the bug upstream? seriously most of Firefox bug should be filed upstream because that's where developers do the work. If you still see this please file it upstream indeed as you know the issue much better. Feel free to post the link here for reference. Now at openSuSE 11.2 M8 MozillaFirefox-branding-openSUSE-3.5-7.1.i586 MozillaFirefox-3.5.3-1.3.i586 MozillaFirefox-translations-common-3.5.3-1.3.i586 I just tried it, it's still there. I will post upstream and put a reference here. Just in case you want to check it for yourself: Edit/Preferences/Save files to Enter an existing directory, then delete it. Firefox will recreate it on the next download. Only if the directory is on a removable drive which is removed, the download just dies away without further notice. |
