I can click on this icon but nothing is loading.
maybe it works if I install ntp ?

ok, ntp isn't a missing package

This bug seems to me to have similarities with the fixed Bug 382074

My mistake. In Bug 382074 the window opened and collapsed when clicking on add printer.
