opensuseupdater-kde constantly tells me "refresh failed" and shows the yellow exclamation mark. When I start it from a konsole, the following error message is displayed:
jan@linux:~> opensuseupdater-kde
jan@linux:~> Unable to refresh repositories because
/usr/sbin/zypp-refresh-wrapper helper programm is not set SUID root.
This problem might be solved by setting 'File Permissons' in YaST 'Local
/Security' tab to 'easy' or by modifying /etc/permissions.local

jan@linux:~> grep zypper /etc/permissions*
[no output]
jan@linux:~> grep SECU /etc/sysconfig/security
PERMISSION_SECURITY="easy local"

Ludwig, could you allow zypp-refresh-wrapper '4755' permissions, please?

No, it has to be audited first. Bug 385207 is open for that purpose.
