On Acer TM6292 with Intel 4965AGN installed wireless led wont'work.

I found that bug was fixed http://www.intellinuxwireless.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1209

 zcat /proc/config.gz | grep CONFIG_IWLWIFI_LEDS
returns nothing

any chances that this patch will be commited to 11.0?
