zypp::Patch::rebootSuggested() and zypp::Patch::restartSuggested() is always false.
I'm using http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.0/ for testing.

the xml file uses 1 for true, but the parser only recognized true and True

Fixed in svn, submitting. Stefan, can you test the fix.
