I've tried to set up an NTP synchronization and the server was not proposed by default, so I've tried to enter the full NTP configuration. But the button does nothing.

Looks like the client is confused by the arguments and tries to evaluate it as a start for command line mode?

IMHO there was a same call in 10.3.
