Looks like SoftLocks are ignored in successive solver runs. E.g. when you select one package in the package selector and therefore the solver runs suddenly all packages contained in the SoftLocks file are shown again for reinstallation. mls and duncan have seen it live, you may ask them for details.

mls is on vacation and Duncan at home :-)
Please attach a testcase and the logfiles.

the machine already got reinstalled, the test case generation was broken and useless in this case according to mls.

Ludwig and I are currently not able to reproduce this bug. ;-(
We will reopen it if it happens again.

I could not reproduce it, but I have fixed libzypp and yast2-qt to jump for recommended (autoselected) to non-selected (which is saved as soft lock) instead of taboo.
