I have just installed kernel-pae-2.6.25.4-2 on a 
Dell Latitude D830.
The kernel boots and right after 

Checking EDD
ok.

the kernel stops with BUG in 6 CS...
(I cannot remember exactly, it is the computer I work on now)
The previous kernel (openSuSE 11.0 Beta3) worked fine.

I am sorry I cannot give you more information, but the booting
stopped right away.
