Hello! The bug: not changed adress from Yast2.
If I write IP adress and finished result and yast2 closed, IP adres don't changes. I try
ifdown eth0
Computer write, uses netwok-manager
I probe
/etc/rc.d/network restart
but computer how are previous: save IP adress request from DHCP and don't change to my choiced in Yast2

If you use NetworkManager, then the YaST settings will not be used.  Change to "traditional scripts" to use a static IP, or use the NetworkManager tools to change it.
