Description Carlo Scarfoglio 2008-05-22 09:36:10 UTC
Yesterday I performed a fresh install on a Acer 3212WXXMi (Pentium M, ICH6, ATI X700), because I had some problems with the upgrade from 10.3, see bugs 391975 and 391991.
Then I performed a full update from all repositories automatically configured.
Now the laptop can't boot. I read this:
.....

initrd /boot/initrd-2.6.25.4-2-pae
[Linux-initrd @ 0x1fbb7000, 0x417f14 bytes]

Probing EDD (edd=off to disable).. ok

Decompressing Linux .. done
Booting the kernel
