When I using firefox download software from distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/suse Mirror after the download done system hang-up. occurred lot of times. openSUSE-11.0-beta3-DVD-i386. gnome Environment Simplified Chinese Language.

Does the system hard hang (ie, does numlock/capslock work? Can you use Ctrl+Alt+F1 to switch to a console?)

Is this a pure Beta3 without any updates?

What filesystem are you using (ext3/reiserfs)?

I have a hang which looks similar to this one.

During webbrowsing with Firefox3 the system freezes.

Symptoms:
- Mouse does no longer move
- Keyboard does not react on numlock or capslock
- Console switching does not work

Installed: 
- 11.0RC1
- Windowmanager KDE3
- Firefox 3 Beta3
- Language: en keyboard type: german with deadkeys

Filesystem:
/ ==> reiserfs
/boot ==> ext3
