Description Michael Van Canneyt 2008-05-27 19:55:58 UTC
installation from DVD image, 64-bit version.

Lenovo T61, NVidia card. Installation from beta 3 DVD image,
using default kernel or safe mode kernel. Tried all resolutions.

Symptoms are the same at all times:

When the package selection screen is shown, no packages or package groups
are visible. When Details are asked, same picture: no package groups visible,
when switching the view to package groups, some icons appear (I can recognise a GNOME and KDE icon) and some text, seemingly at font size 1 or 2 - it is impossible to read. When focusing the package groups and using the arrow keys, a list of packages appears in the right pane.
