The installer showing columns with improper widths

Through several releases, the package management modules always popup with some columns that are so wide, that one needs to resize them to get to the information needed.

In this case, the package "Size" column is always too wide. If it is resized manually, then it reverts back to too wide if you select another pattern.

It makes it difficult to check the current package version and the available version, since that column is too narrow.

It would be nice if Yast would keep the columns width proportions the user selects, even after the application is restarted.

See the attached figure which illustrates how the package installer looks every time a pattern is selected.

The excessive width of the rightmost table column is bug #396360.

As for storing the column widths: This would be covered by session management (bug #58579).
