Hi Karl,

Why those strings in zypper aren't in zypper.$$.po????

zypper inr --help
install-new-recommends (inr) [options]

Install newly added packages recommended by already installed
packages. This can typically be used to install new language packages
or drivers for newly added hardware.

 Command options:
-r, --repo <alias|#|URI> Use only specified repositories to install packages.
-D, --dry-run            Test the installation, do not actually
install anything.


It's from the bug 389694 #25 and #30.

Hi Luiz. We did not want to break translations (zypper global help text) and risk other problems because of this at this late stage. I'll mark these strings for translation for 11.1 zypper. But i'll add the command to the man page and wiki at least.

I added the strings for 11.1. .pot file will be updated after 11.0 is out.
