The packages "kiwi-desc-ltsp" and "kiwi-ltsp-prebuilt" have the requirement "tftp".

This is plain wrong. kiwi-ltsp uses "atftp" (look into the documentation!), and will not work with tftp. So please update the requirement list.

Couldn't find these packages in distributin. Did you installed it from buildservice? What says "rpm -qi kiwi-desc-ltsp"?

I installed them from the kiwi-ltsp repository.
In the meantime, I have found that there is an extra bugzilla for the kiwi-ltsp at novell. The bug is filed there, and there is work in progress.
