the 'enable port in firewall' and 'enable service' in yast2-httpd are missing =. so the user have to start sshd manually and then has to enable ssh by going to the firewall module of yast2. imo those button should be present in the yast2-sshd module.

SSHD is enabled by default.
Anyway, this should be possible.
