Description Kevin Wolf 2008-06-03 17:43:24 UTC
I have installed openSUSE 11.0 RC1 and selected Xen in the software menu. After the first stage of the installation, a boot menu was written to the harddisk which doesn't contain an entry for the default kernel but two entries for the Xen kernel. With the Xen kernel, the installation fails (hangs) when detecting the graphics card. Only booting the default kernel manually allows to complete the installation.

Comment 5 Jozef Uhliarik 2008-06-04 13:30:31 UTC
The bug is fixed in yast2-bootloader version 2.16.19

It is not clear solution because:

- 2 XEN boot sections should still exist. (bug #397067)

- problem with XEN boot section like default boot section. (bug #397075)
