I set Automatic Online Update.
Every startup, I receive 'Failed to reset server' message window in GNOME.

This is probably a duplicate of bug #395445.

Could you install the gnome-packagekit from
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/suse/i586/

Reboot and this should fix the problem. Reopen if this does not solve it.
