I forgot to mention, the error that pops up says "phonon" at the top. Is this under GNOME or KDE ? (In reply to comment #2 from Rodrigo Moya) > Is this under GNOME or KDE ? Bart mentioned "I run konsole on gnome" in the first comment. I'll install konsole and try to reproduce. Oh, sorry, didn't see the 'on gnome' part. Running konsole on gnome here indeed shows those errors, although they disappeared too quickly (notification balloons) so couldn't read them all. Investigating... How do you enable the beep sounds in konsole ? Konsole beeps were enabled by default for me. Note, I'm using kde4-konsole. What is the status of this bug on 11.1? I don't know. Due to various other bugs in kde4-konsole, I went back to konsole from kdebase3. Bart: okay, we'll close the bug. If/when you switch back to kde4-konsole, please reopen if this still happens (but it's believed to be fixed now). |
