I have right setting (same as kmail3) for smtp services (tls, no auth, default port 25) But kmail always say: Transport 'suse' is invalid.

Ok, hard way. I wipe all .kde4
I create account from scratch
1. Leave it default. Auth for imap is set by default. Mail send succeed
2. Before send first email I went to settings sending mails, and switch Auth off. Mail send successfully.

I believe that my report is false and it was caused somehow by porting old kde3 kmailrc into kde4 (I will give it a try)

For you question. For downloading emails I am using TLS AUTH imap. For sending. We are using TLS NOAUTH imap.

Feel free to close it any time you like.

P.S. I save logs from my tests, I do not see any point to upload them here.

Right, KDE 4 kmail can't import its predecessor's config, yet. It is excluded from the migration tool on purpose.
