Description macias - 2008-06-09 15:12:14 UTC
I installed KDE version of Opensuse.

Ok, firefox on the desktop, I can run it.
SM -> firefox -> MozillaFirefox, status icon --> none (empty box).
I go to "versions" tab, and the info says "installed".

Please attach y2logs.
Comment 2 Stefan Hundhammer 2008-06-09 15:42:54 UTC
Michael, this sounds familiar: zypp::ui::Selectable not in sync with installed resolvables.
Comment 3 macias - 2008-06-09 16:48:20 UTC
Stefan, currently I cannot attach any logs, because I am running RC1 under VB and I didn't fully installed it (no all repos -> no guest disk -> no shared directory -> no copying files).
Comment 4 macias - 2008-06-10 10:08:24 UTC
The same goes with OOffice. Could it be some function has bug related to case sensitivity?
Comment 5 Michael Andres 2008-06-10 11:13:46 UTC
Sounds like a duplicate of bug #394630:

@Maciej: Can you confirm that the "versions" tab shows no other package than the installed one? If there is at least one uninstalled package available as well, the icon has to be correct.

If so, it should be fixed in RC2.

True, a duplicate.
