Steps to reproduce:
 - Moonlight r106162
 - Firefox 3
 - http://silverlight.net/samples/1.0/Tile-Text/default.html

 - enter in different text

Expected results:
 - tiles should fly in one at a time

Actual results:
 - new tiles just appear. They don't fly in. No animation. 

How often does this happen? Always

It definitely happens on HEAD (r106281).  It seems that animations, once they're completed (and restarted) don't animate, but go directly to their end state.  It's affecting a few other sites as well (the weather widget, the matrix animation, and the MS download site).
