When I attempt to add/create a mail filter the dialog for the type of filter to add the filter opens.  When I attempt to browse the folder to move to a dialog opens with only the "local folder" shows (a minus sign next to it).  Any attempt to click on the local folder does nothing (remember that the inbox folder is not shown).  When I close the dialog I get the the crash.

Please post the backtrace (with kdepim4-debuginfo package installed).
