In earlier openSUSE releases, the postgresql-devel package contained the file "libpgport.a". This file is no longer included in postgresql-devel-8.3.1-15.1, but still listed as a requirement for linking software using the PostgreSQL database client according to "/usr/bin/pg_config". As a consequence, packages relying on pg_config for configuration won't build (such as libqt4).

Packages relying on "pg_config --libs" are broken.
