Description Ryan Zeigler 2008-06-24 21:11:02 UTC
When attempting to connect to a wireless network secured by wpa personal, the connection succeeds. However, when the key is stored in the keyring, the stored pass phrase appears to be a hash of the passphrase instead of the passphrase itself. When attempting to reconnect to the same network, the connection always fails and the passphrase has to be re-entered.

Can I see your /var/log/NetworkManager log file? The hashing of the passphrase is correct, it gets hashed the same way when you enter it to the dialog before it's sent to NetworkManager.

Actually, nevermind. It's a duplicate and the information is already provided.
