Note: With Foomatic/cdj850 all LED lights are blinking on any print attempt, and nothing is printed then; the printer only shows that error, hanging. Thanks. The driver "HP DeskJet 1100C Foomatic/hpijs" should have been installed as 1st choice by YaST instead: /usr/share/cups/model/manufacturer-PPDs/hplip/hp-deskjet_1100-hpijs.ppd.gz Don't know why. YaST issue --> reassign to mzugec. attach yast logs, please There is new yast2-printer module which fixes most of the bugs.
