ispell package recommends ispell-brazillian in a pt_PT system, but that's not really necessary -- never heard any Portuguese installing a pt_BR spell checker...

So, please remove 'Recommends: ispell-brazillian' from ispell.

remove the pt from locale(ispell:pt_BR;pt)
