I selected the option 'downgrade' and the changes summary show 'upgrade'.

Not logs attached as is not a functional issue.

Oh, thanks for noticing. Yeah, we just check whether the package is already installed or not when we set that "upgrade" label. We should make sure to use "downgrade" or "re-install" as appropriate...
