This is a new 11.0 installation with no updates installed yet.

Zypper complains about wanting to install the same thing twice:

# zypper up

The problem disappears when disabling one of the following 2 repos:

Repo 3 is a LAN copy of the updates with full rpms missing.

I have zypper.log and --debug-solver files, but they're into the megabytes - which one is needed?
