Description Juergen Weigert 2008-07-16 22:41:36 UTC
kbluetooth, right mouse button,
 -> configuration -> input devices.
 -> Add New Devices >>

Press-hold-release the initialization button of the mouse.
'Dell BT Mouse 00:07:61:99:C8:33' appears.

Click on Setup -> Connect, a dialog pops up:
Bluetooth Authorization Request; Dell BT Mouse wants to act as Input device.
Always Accept, Reject, Accept.
-> Accept.
the dialog flickers and reappears. I try again.
-> Accept.
kbluetooth crashes. SIGABRT

simple workaround:
restart kbluetooth, try again. chances are, it survives the second attempt.

Juergen, could you please try the new kdebluetooth4 version. This version is ported to the new bluez4 api and handles the Creation of Input Devices much better.
I have the same Dell BT mouse and know that especially this one works fantastic :)

Sadly i have not enough time to maintain and develop both kdebluetooth versions (KDE3 and KDE4). So, i do no further development for kdebluetooth3.

Ciaran, do you want to test this?
