yast2-bootloader does not correctly initialise libstorage. When
calling bootloader while partitioner is open (causes libstorage
lock) and in the resulting popup cancel is selected the popup
just appears again (repeats many times).

bootloader should better abort in that case, see my mail on
yast-devel.

it is done in yast2-bootloader 2.17.21
