it change cache_dir to the default value '/var/cache/squid 100 16 256' even I change it manually in /etc/squid/squid.conf

this bug appears both with squid 2.6 or 3.0, but with ver 3.0 yast2 squid module shows alert with "squid not found" and tries to setup it via yast2 --install
