For quite some time now, YaST2 and zypper do recognize my local directory for RPMs (the cache for this repository is rebuild every time something has been changed), however installing packages from there fails (sorry, only German version):

As a raw "rpm -Uv" does install the same package, the file is OK.

Will be fixed with satsolver tools 0.10.17.
