The problem was in locale. BTW - this works fine in 11.1 |
Created attachment 240022 [details] y2log In the system is a printer configured (via lpadmin, as YaST wasn't able to do so). Starting "yast2 printer" doesn't show any configured printers. I noticed a query for the default printer in the cups logfile, and the response that there is none (which is correct). Maybe this is the cause of the issue? "lpstat -d" shows: "no system default destination" I'm attaching the y2log. Note: this is only one point of view of the issue in YaST. Another was that I was unable to add a new (network) printer to this system.
