Description Richard Weinberger 2008-09-17 14:00:02 UTC
i'm using s/mime digital signatures with kmail (1.9.9).
unfortunately outlook 2003 (maybe 2007 too) says that this signature is invalid.

it took me a few hours to figure out why outlook hates my digital signature.
outlook wants the root-cert to be included.

after adding the line "include-certs -1" into ~/.gnupg/gpgsm.conf it worked out fine.

novell evolution includes the root-cert by default, kmail should too.

I'm checking with upstream about a fix.

Mass closing extant bug reports for old openSUSE versions.
