Hi,
I have KDE4.1 and I am using new Kopete from KDE.

The problem is that if I try to add new contact to Kopete it crashdown and contact is not added :(

If you report a crash, you have to submit the crash backtrace as well. Make sure you install the needed debuginfo packages as well. It's the same package as the one that includes kopete, just with a -debuginfo suffix.

If you get any "no debugging symbols found" in the backtrace it is useless und you are missing some needed debuginfo packages.

Make sure you update to the latest packages from KDE4:factory and have the KDE:Qt repo included and updated as well.
