The SCR Dbus service should be moved out of yast2-core to a separate package.

We might want to check if we shouldn't move many of those non-basic SCR agents out of yast2-core.

The DBus code has been moved to separate packages:

yast2-core-2.18.17
yast2-dbus-client-2.18.0 (the DBus agent)
yast2-dbus-server-2.18.0 (the DBus services)
