I have trying install VMware-Workstation-6.5.0-118166.x86_64.rpm by YaST  graphic and YaST console to. But , unsuccessfully. YaST still frozen.  Probably for confirmation licence agreement. So I used rpm –i. Installation was successfully and workstation was working.
But after physical computer restart was installation damaged with report at start virtual pc:

Could not open /dev/vmmon: No such file or directory. Please make sure that the kernel module `vmmon' is loaded. 

Failed to initialize monitor device. 

Unable to change virtual machine power state: Cannot find a valid peer process to connect to. 

Failed to reply to the dialog: Pipe: Read failed

So ,I remove and used rpm -i again.Situation is repeting.
