JP: we have two test buttons, it seems. Is this the test button or self-test button? Is your printer properly configured? (I guess yes) Did you change the configuration? If yes, did you apply the changes before trying to print a page? Is your printer enabled? Both the print test page and print self-test page buttons are disabled.
