When using 'Search -> Replace in files' and replacing all occurrences of 'System' with 'TESTER', MD locks up completely. I was testing this with a small enough project, the bitsharp-dbus module in svn.

I had about 6 open files at the time, though i don't think that matters.

All the files in the larger project, MonoTorrent.DBus were correctly replaced correctly (no instances of 'System' remain), but nothing in the Sample project was replaced.

Upping the severity on this because it's reproducible every time for me and it completely locks up MD - therefore a bad bug.
