Because liveCD doesn't contain any repository it is not good idea add cd repository during install. It only show error.

Could you please provide yast2 logs? Which repo is being added?

The LiveCD should only have the factory/final repo in the default config, so everyone can get new packages. Is this broken currently?

this is logs from system. problematic part is adding cd:///?devices=/dev/sr0 as repository, because liveCD doesn't contain any repository.
