Description Karl Eichwalder 2008-10-20 13:18:16 UTC
I installed the GNOME desktop. Using "yast2 --qt" quite some packages are listed, if I select "Recommended Packages" in the "Package Groups" pane. Using "yast2 --gtk" "Recommended Packages" is empty, even if I click "All". But openoffice is installed, which seems to be a recommended package.

You're right. Nice catch. It looks like -- maybe because each item is actually a set of different packages packaged by different packagers and so they may not all have sync properties -- we need to check if any one of them has the recommended and the suggested flag.

Fixed the thing. Also applied the trick to groups.

Thanks for the report.
