That with the 11.1 beta3 default installation with GNOME.

1/ Start yast > Software Management
2/ Activate Patterns
3/ Enter "jhead" in the search field and click the jhead package.
   => Description for jhead is now visible in the bottom area (good).
4/ Click the Base System pattern.
   => Package listing is empty now (good), but the jhead package description
      is still visible (bad).

Users don't want the thing to appear and disappear, we have gone through that (annoying). But cleared the bottom details/control panel white (hopefully satisfactory?).
