KDE4 in beta2 & beta3
after decompressing kernel and starting it come to new screen titled:

Loading KIWI CD Boot-System...
(..)
Waiting for CD/DVD device to open
Mounting CD/DVD ...................
Couldn't find CD image configuration file.


I suspect this bug is related to:

HARWARE:
- original HP ligtscribe DVD model - SATA
the motherboard has no PATA connectors at all (only four SATA) 
this hp chipset is based on intel Q965
model specs:
