This is not really a "bug" but more a bad decision / change IMHO:

Since Beta 3 the tab showing the release notes during installation (the installation step when packages are actually installed which takes quite some time) is missing and instead the release notes are shown, like it was in pre 10.3 or 11.0 versions (don't remember when it was changed), at the end of the whole installation procedure.

IMHO this is bad because one has nothing to do during the installation of packages  anyways so offering the release notes to read during package installation is not only nice to kill some time but also increases the chance that people read those notes. If they are just shown at the end of the installation most people are just eager to start their newly installed system and simply press next without even browsing them.

Therefore please reenable the tab that shows the release notes during the package installation step.

Release notes are not shown if there is slideshow missing.
